With a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the Faculty of Magisterium at the University of Lecce and a 30-year background in the high-value services sector, Simona Grecuccio has developed her national and international career path by making transversality her hallmark.

Her personal and professional goals have always included dealing with corporate resources to understand their dynamics. Negotiating, softening conflict situations, listening, inducing a shared solution, balancing, teaming, seeking talent, guiding and stimulating. All with the ultimate goal of managing resources as a driving force for achieving business goals, focusing on service quality and the people who drive it.

Over the course of her long experience so far, she has built entire teams, taken care of the start-up of many new departments (including the international one for a well-known Express Courier or the creation of an APL Tech) by searching and training talents or working on changing the mindset of senior profiles (Change Management).

Activities always carried out with passion and care, giving deep meaning to each of these steps. Interfacing with all project stakeholders and trying to understand the value of each one. With the idea that organizations work if people pursue the same goal, with motivation and self-sacrifice.
