With a degree in Economics and International Market Strategy, Benedetta Latino has applied her knowledge in accounting from the very beginning in important work contexts, and has always considered it essential, in order to ensure and maintain a high standing of her operations, to focus on continuing education.
She thus obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant in 2022 and, without putting a stop to her education, decided to continue by starting her internship as an Auditor as early as 2023.
Benedetta, at Compendium since 2019, has seen her career path explode. First as Senior Financial Account and Team Leader Fiscal Specialist of the resources dedicated to administrative, accounting and management control management for client companies and then, in line with the objective meritocracy policies always applied and supported in Compendium, she became a key resource in Compendium SpA.
As AFC Manager, she heads the entire Management Control area of the Group. An excursus whose constant success-always becoming and evolving-is at the service of client companies.
