With over 10 years of experience in accounting and business consulting, Benedetta Latino has built a solid and multifaceted career. She began as a Junior Consultant in accounting firms and advanced to positions of responsibility as a Credit Advisor, managing and recovering financial and commercial credits for high-profile clients such as Volkswagen Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, and Enel. These roles allowed her to hone her financial and management skills in highly structured corporate environments.

Holding a degree in Economics and International Market Strategy, Benedetta has always viewed continuous learning as a key driver of operational excellence. She became a certified Chartered Accountant in 2022 and is a registered member of the Milan Board of Chartered Accountants. In 2023, she began her training as a Statutory Auditor, reaffirming her commitment to professional development and technical quality.

Since joining Compendium in 2019, she has experienced an accelerated career path. Starting as a Senior Financial Account and Team Leader for Fiscal Specialists, she led teams focused on accounting, administration, and management control for corporate clients. Her results-driven mindset, combined with method and systemic vision, led her to take on the role of AFC Manager, overseeing the entire Management Control area both for the Group and for its clients.
