Her work allows her to combine her extensive knowledge of labour law with concrete actions for companies, exploring all possible solutions to employment relationship issues.
Silvana draws on her experience and know-how to help Compendium's client companies. As an employment consultant and head of payroll, she is supported by the integrated and digitalised processes provided by Compendium's proprietary technology.
She is also one of the founding members of Compendium STP, the unit dedicated to management consulting by professional experts who are enrolled in the relevant registers for the fields of payroll, legal and finance.
