With over 15 years of experience in HR & PayRoll, Sergio Occhiuto is a recognized expert in labor consulting and the strategic management of payroll processes. As Operation Manager at Compendium SpA, he leads the optimization and digital transformation of payroll services, overseeing high-performing teams and ensuring full compliance across the entire payroll lifecycle.
