Today he is a key resource at Compendium where, as CTO, he oversees the inclusion of technology aspects in the company's strategy and within each department of the company by fostering digitization, systems integration and automation. Leading his own development team and the Compendium Technology Unit, Salvatore designs and implements the infrastructure, software, and platforms serving all corporate assets of client companies: the HR & PayRoll platform (the HR Compendium Platform), the AFC platform (AFC Tech), and the BI platform (Compendium Bi Suite).
