Paolo began his career more than 30 years ago when, at the age of 19, he was selected to become a specialist trainer in what we now know as memory techniques and effective reading.
From that moment onwards, he has always been driven by the same passion, evolving from a student to a teacher in several specific areas of personal and professional growth.
Over the years, he has acquired numerous specialisations, diplomas, certifications and master's degrees in transactional analysis, neuro-linguistic programming, public speaking (Suffolk University, Boston), situational leadership, and outdoor training methodology. He is also a "Lego Serious Play" facilitator, an Insight Sparks certified analyst for predictive analytics, and a certified analyst for bio-structural self-analysis of the brain.
This applied knowledge has allowed him to work in small, medium and large companies – on both a national and international level – leading classes in topics such as Communication in Mental Balance, Emotional and Effective Time Management, From Individual Values to a Valuable Team, Public Speaking and Effective Presentations, Self-Esteem and Leadership.
In the last 15 years, he has developed his skills in the world of coaching, dedicating himself to one-on-one support for entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives and employees to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
In 2015, he became the professional coach for the staff, managers and support team of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Endurance team.
For several years, he has expressed himself as a creator and speaker across Italy by way of two theatrical presentations: "Gli 8 valori che fanno volare" and "C.R.E.I.A.M.O."
As Compendium's HUMANWARE manager, Paolo is responsible for supporting Compendium's customers, helping them to achieve optimal performance in terms of behaviour, management and strategy.
He has always believed that ”society improves when the people in it improve”!
