Born in Milan in 1973, Fabio D’Ardes graduated in Political Sciences with a specialisation in Labour Law and Industrial Relations. For more than twenty years he has offered advice to companies, with a particular focus on the world of HR. After many years of experience with a multinational, he joined the Compendium group, to follow its deveopment directly.

His long professional career began with the role of National Key Account at Gi Group, before he took on the roles of Sales Manager and Key Account Executive for Soluzioni H.R. And Wolters Kluwer respectively. With the latter of these, in particular, the multiplicity of services offered allowed him to gain a wide range of skills.

His overview of market dynamics – especially with regard to human resources – makes him a key figure at Compendium. Here, his expertise is used in all the areas in which the company operates, from HR and payroll to accountancy, until the to management control systems, with a particular focus on financial strategies and business intelligence.
