Born in Milan in 1973, Fabio graduated in Political Sciences with a specialisation in Labour Law and Industrial Relations. For over twenty years, he has been providing consulting to companies, with a particular focus on the HR world. After a long experience with multinationals, he joined Compendium to directly oversee the deveopment aspect.
His long professional career began as National Key Account at Gi Group, and then he held the positions of Sales Manager and Key Account Executive for Soluzioni H.R. and Wolters Kluwer, respectively. Within the latter company, in particular, the variety of services offered allowed him to acquire a broad range of skills.
His comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, specifically those related to human resources, enables him to become a key figure within Compendium. Here, he offers his expertise to all the areas in which the company operates, from HR and payroll to accounting, as well as Management Control, with particular attention to financial strategies and Business Intelligence systems.
