Graduated in Law from the University of Pavia, and enrolled at the Milan Bar since 2007, since February 2020 Daria Gallinari has been practising law at her own Milan office, and, outside the Milan Bar, also practices at Lodi, Pavia and Vigevano.
Senior lawyer, until 2018, of a major law firm, he specialises in civil liability with particular reference to the healthcare sector, providing judicial and extrajudicial advice and assistance for eleven years to the well-known Milanese hospital group, MultiMedica S.p.a.
From 2007 to 2018 he was also a teacher/editor of (substantive) civil law procedural matters at a private company specialised in preparation and training for the exam to qualify for the practice of law at Parma. In 2019 he embarked on a partnership with the Euroconference Editorial Group, drafting and publishing legal contributions in the field of labour law for journals such as Il Giurista del Lavoro, La Circolare di Lavoro and Previdenza, Contratti Collettivi e Tabelle.
Lawyer Daria Gallinari has, in fact, consolidated her skills in the field of labour law and acquired experience in the field of contracts and debt collection, working for small and medium-sized companies, providing consultancy at all phases related to employment: from the initial phase and negotiation between company and employee, through to a potential breakdown in the relationship.
