She graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Studies "Milano-Bicocca" with a Master's degree in Administration, Finance and Control and coordinator of Research Groups at the association "Assocontroller". From the very beginning, Alessandra Scienza founded her professional career on the precepts of the Kaizen Philosophy, and thus on continuous improvement, not only professionally but also personally.
Her goal has always been to acquire the maximum skills, abilities and soft skills to become an effective pivot within various business systems, both in organizational-accounting and technical-operational and IT terms.
Along her career path, she has held various roles, from Technical and Safety Manager for managing projects related to temporary construction sites in the trade fair set-up sector, to Administrative Manager coordinating the entire communication and procedural flow. The latter role was a booster for her toward the role of Controller, as well as in various corporate settings in retail. Her passion and training for Management Control, which had been steadily growing, was further enriched by a new interest: Information Technology (IT), recognizing that merging Management Control with IT would be essential for business growth. Since then, several professional courses have followed, allowing her to establish herself in the field of data analysis and business intelligence.
Hence Compendium's key resource, putting all her expertise at the service of the company as PM & BI Dev, in coordinating project management and developing Business Intelligence systems, translating "Data" into "information" to enable companies to make informed decisions and improve their performance.
