Graduated in Economics and Management from the University of Insubria in 2016, fascinated by the world of consulting and human resources management, he treasures the knowledge acquired and immediately begins his internship to become a Labour Consultant in the Cannizzaro firm, in Como.
In 2019 he obtained his license to practice and in the same year he began working for Paolo Caselli and Luca Contardi in Laboralia. The collaboration also continues in the latter's company: the ACC firm. During these years, his skill set is enriched, gaining more and more experience regarding pivotal aspects of the world of work, such as human resources management, analysis of regulations for consulting purposes, as well as everything related to tax and social security procedures in this area. His experiential background also builds on the path started in the STP of BDO Italy, thanks to which he gives international scope to his expertise as a Labour Consultant, interfacing with a wide range and heterogeneity of client companies.
Since 2022 Bozza has been a key resource at Compendium STP S.r.L. and a point of reference for both the internal team and the group's many clients, who rely on his valuable support and professionalism every day.
