During her twenty-year career at McDonald's Italia, she moved from the restaurants into managing points of sale from an operational, management control, administrative and technological point of view. From 2009 to 2011, she worked in the National Operation Department that supports the McDonald's Italia restaurants; in her role as a restaurant solution delivery consultant, she was focused on the implementation of McDonald's management systems. Starting in 2011, as a project manager in the McDonald's Technology Department, she was responsible for the implementation of new technologies at newly opened and remodelled sites – coordinating all IT suppliers, development and operational teams – as well as supporting franchise and BU operation partners. From 2015 to 2019, she was part of the executive team, and was assigned the special "Experience of the future" project, which encompassed the digitalisation of the customer experience at McDonald's restaurants through the implementation of new technologies such as self-order kiosks, table service, digital menu boards, entertainment tablets, and digital table games, which represents a sea change at McDonald's restaurants.
Between 2019 and 2021, she rounded out her professional experience in the food & retail sector as an entrepreneur, managing three businesses in the Milan area and leading a team of 50 people with a turnover of approximately 2 million.
Today, as a project manager and Compendium partner, she uses her know-how to support the various units and client companies, specialising in the implementation, development and distribution of the solutions from Compendium Technology, the unit dedicated to Compendium's own technological and digital solutions.
